Joey Chestnut Breaks his Own World Record, Defeats Kobayashi | Videos

The Netflix live event “Unfinished Beef” aired today, September 2nd. It was the first ever hot dog-eating contest on the platform and probably not the last. Netflix has been doing more live events, like the fantastic Roast of Tom Brady.

Joey Chestnut continued his hot dog-eating dominance, defeating Takeru Kobayashi in their showdown today, by eating a record-breaking 83 hot dogs!

Kobayashi woofed down 66 during the contest, which lasted 10 minutes.

After the event, Chestnut was presented with a WWE Championship Title by living legend, Rey Mysterio Jr.

Joey Chestnut is an American competitive eater known for his extraordinary ability to consume vast quantities of food in record time. Gaining fame through his remarkable performances in the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest, where he has claimed multiple championships. Setting a record with 16 titles at Nathan's in 19 contests (2005-2023).
