PWP Nation Calls Out All Elite Wrestling Over “Dangerous Injuries”

As I was scrolling through Twitter half-asleep this morning, I came across some interesting tweets from PWP Nation. One of them was about how Pro Wrestling Journalism needs disruption and I couldn’t agree more! Although I’d say it needs a….Distraction….get it? Ok.

The other was about AEW needing to take responsibility for all of the injuries that mostly come from unnecessary moves.

So here’s the first tweet from PWP:

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) should take a level of responsibility for the absolute insanely stupid things they allow their wrestlers to do, which causes injuries.

Stop allowing some of the most dangerous, haphazard, insane injuries we’ve ever seen. Most of them happen due to the malfeasance of the company. Do you have agents that say “YES” or “NO” to specific spots?

I don’t know the answer, but I know they’re right. Almost EVERYONE who goes to AEW seemingly forgets how to wrestle. Outside of former top WWE stars like Bryan and Cesaro. The injury to Edge was one of the dumbest spots I’ve ever seen. Like how was that supposed to happen without him getting hurt?

There are so many others, check out AEW Botches, if it’s still up. AEW keeps shutting down accounts that show awful wrestling.

PWP also tweeted:

The wrestling media needs disruption. You are activists and complain constantly. Business is booming, international demand for WWE has never been better and now you want to bring race into the discussion… Why?

This kind of thought process must be exhausting. Kofi Kingston vs. Xavier Woods is coming. And then we can move to the next complaint. $125 per share of $TKO.

This is something I write about ALL THE TIME, lately it’s been a lot of Sean Ross Sapp, due to personal issues he’s caused me and my family. Plus, I’m in the middle of writing an enormous article about MANY fans he’s personally attacked over the years, in really messed up and ongoing ways.

But also…how do I say this nicely…he’s clearly not in the right frame of mind. The video above speaks for itself and there’s others.

Then there’s Dave Meltzer, who gets half the stuff he’s talking about wrong these days. Including major stuff like legends dying, reporting on a show from a decade ago, wrestler’s injuries, etc, etc, etc.
