Sith Gets Fully Naked in “The Acolyte” Episode 6 | WTF is Happening?!
Star Wars latest Disney+ series, “The Acolyte” has gotten a lot of criticism for all kinds of things. Usually things like awful writing and possibly breaking canon (we won’t know about that until it’s over).
Now people are rightfully freaking out over Qimir (the Sith character, or apprentice) getting fully naked in episode 6! One minute he’s walking into the water naked, the next he’s stepping out of it….obviously still naked.
Having some fully naked evil dude seducing a female? She literally looks down at his junk for a moment…it’s f-n insane!
There are posts all over Twitter or X about this. Many love it because they think the actor (Manny Jacinto) is hot, forgetting that Star Wars is made for children.
I went from strongly disliking the show at first, to thinking it was ok after the fun episode 5. Then this weird disaster happened.
Forgetting the first full on naked person in Star Wars being put out there by Harvey Weinstein’s former assistant, Leslye Headland….it was easily the worst episode.
Nothing else happens! It’s 30 minutes of walking, talking and then a few scenes out of Twilight, or a Star Wars porn parody, before it gets good.
Tweets like these below will attempt to point out, it’s been done before. But notice the huge difference.
In Episode 2, Anakin wakes up from a nightmare, while in bed.
The rest of those are all from Disney Star Wars, not George Lucas.
Just dudes with no shirts on for no reason, other than to spread creepiness and get views by any means necessary.
