Watch or Skip?: Sony’s “Madame Web” Starring Dakota Johnson

Watch or Skip?: Sony’s “Madame Web” Starring Dakota Johnson

Hello world! I recently put together the fact I watch a crazy amount of television shows and movies.

I also have a website, so why not stick them together somehow? And here we are!

I already did one of these for Aquaman 2. You can find that at the link. Now it’s time for Madame Web!

The much talked about, latest offering from Sony. Who have been trying to create a Spider-Man universe without Spider-Man. #SMH

Watch or Skip?: Sony’s “Madame Web” Starring Dakota Johnson

It’s so ridiculous, I give them a little credit for trying.

Madame Web is a nothing of a movie. Nobody stands out in a good way, the story is terrible, just like the villain. The movie co-stars Sydney Sweeney, who is a nerd character and seen in costume for seconds. #SMH2

It’s amazingly boring, Dakota Johnson reminded me of Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel. There’s just nothing to the character, and she looked bored or maybe bat at acting?

BUT, it’s only like 90 minutes! And there are some parts that are so bad, it’s laughable.

So…..?

FINAL VERDICT:

SKIP Madame Web!

Watch or Skip?: Sony’s “Madame Web” Starring Dakota Johnson

“Madame Web” was directed by S. J. Clarkson, from a screenplay she co-wrote with Claire Parker and the team of Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless.

It stars Dakota Johnson in the title role, alongside Sydney Sweeney, Celeste O'Connor and Isabela Merced. Plus, Tahar Rahim, Mike Epps, Emma Roberts, and Adam Scott.
