New Rumors for Tom Holland’s Spider-Man 4 & Avengers Movies
There have been a crazy amount of rumors, when it comes to the future of “Spider-Man” in the Avengers and his stand-alone films. I'm talking about the Tom Holland version, although there are also rumors about Tobey Maguire returning.
Marvel Studios had to make a huge change after dropping the Kang storyline, due to Jonathan Majors’s domestic violence trial.
They took the biggest swing possible, bringing back Robert Downey, Jr. to play “Doctor Doom”.
(Trust me, it makes sense, thanks to the multiverse. But if you haven't followed that, I wish you luck.)
John Campea spoke on his latest podcast, about rumors that Holland’s “Spider-Man” will play a MAJOR part in “Avengers: Doomsday” and “Avengers: Secret Wars”.
They will be playing off of Holland’s Spider-Man dynamic with RDJ’s Tony Stark. The mentor, who just happens to be a guy with the same face, is now the big bad.
Like I said, trust me, it does make a lot of sense.
Also, a rumored title for Spider-Man 4 is “Spider-Man: King in Black”.
That would also fit with rumors that Tom Hardy’s Venom is heading to the MCU.
The rumor comes from Cryptic HD QUALITY on X, also shared by big time scooper MyTimeToShineHello.
"King in Black" is a comic book event, written by Donny Cates, with art by Ryan Stegman, which was published by Marvel from 2020 to 2021.
In the story, Knull and his symbiotes invade Earth, leaving Eddie Brock/Venom, the Avengers, the X-Men, and numerous other superheroes to protect it.
