Wesley Snipes Picks Up Two Guinness World Records For Playing Blade

If you haven’t seen “Deadpool and Wolverine”, you’ve already been a bit spoiled….sorry! But come on, what are you waiting for? It’s impossible to not see spoilers on social media at this point.

So Wesley Snipes’ Blade came back! One of many awesome character returns, and I won’t spoil any others. You can check out my recap/review for the movie if you’re interested.

The now 61-year-old Snipes added the Guinness Word Records for longest career as a live action Marvel character.

His return comes 25 years 340 days after he first played the character in Blade (1998), meaning he beats out (Wolverine) Hugh Jackman for the record.

Plus, another for the longest gap between character appearances in Marvel films.

Having last played Blade 19 years 231 days ago in Blade: Trinity (2004).

Did you watch Deadpool and Wolverine yet?
